This website is operated by Meyro. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Meyro. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you have given consent for any minor dependents to use this site under your supervision.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction through the use of this website.
2. Products and Services
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without prior notice.
Each piece is handcrafted and produced in limited quantities. Minor variations in color, print, or finish are natural to the craft process and are not considered defects.
We have made every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will reflect exact colors.
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price.
4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. This may include, but is not limited to:
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Inaccurate pricing or product information
- Orders placed for resale without authorization
If we cancel an order after payment has been made, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.
5. Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days from the date of confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on charges and delivery timeframes.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Meyro is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses. If an order is returned to us due to a failed delivery or incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply.
We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
6. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
All purchases are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Returns and exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
If your return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your doorstep. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer except in cases of defective or incorrect items sent by us.
Refunds are issued as store credit by default, valid for 12 months. If you prefer a refund to your bank account or UPI, it will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Store credit:
- Is non-transferable
- Is not redeemable for cash
- Must be used within the validity period specified at issuance
Items purchased during sales or with discount codes are eligible for size exchange only. No refunds on sale purchases.
We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges if returned items do not meet our eligibility conditions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, designs, logos, text, graphics, and product designs, is the property of Meyro and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
8. Limitation of Liability
Meyro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Our total liability in connection with any product purchased shall not exceed the amount paid for that product.
9. Accuracy of Information
We are not responsible if information available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
10. Modifications to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at our discretion. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
Continued use of the website following updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
