Returns & Refunds Policy

Meyro celebrates India’s textile heritage through curated drops, each rooted in a different craft tradition. We quality-check every piece before it ships. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
  • Requests raised after 3 days will not be accepted.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received a defective or damaged product.
  • You received the wrong item — wrong size or wrong design.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags intact and returned in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Products marked as Final Sale or purchased during special discount events.
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging.

Please note: Each Meyro drop uses artisanal craft techniques. For the Jaipur Edit, minor variations in colour, texture, or print placement are a natural part of the handblock printing process and are not considered defects. Similar craft-inherent variations apply to future drops. These are not grounds for return.

How to Request a Return

  • Email us at support@meyro.in with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
  • If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your doorstep — no need to visit a courier office. Our logistics partner will contact you to schedule a convenient pickup time.
  • For size exchanges or change-of-mind returns, the reverse pickup cost (80–100) will be deducted from your store credit.

Exchanges

We encourage exchanges over refunds. If your size isn’t right, we’ll send the correct size (subject to availability) at no extra shipping cost on the replacement.

  • One exchange is permitted per order.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • The item must meet the same conditions as eligible returns above.
  • A reverse pickup will be arranged from your address. Pickup charges of 80–100 will be deducted from your store credit.

Refunds

Store Credit (Default)

Approved refunds are issued as store credit, valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Store credit can be used on any future Meyro order.

Bank / UPI Refund

If you prefer a direct refund to your bank account or UPI, it will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Shopify transaction fees are non-refundable and will not be included in the refund amount.

Sale & Discounted Items

  • Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code are eligible for size exchange only.
  • No refunds — cash or store credit — on sale purchases.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at meyroclub@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free reverse pickup from your doorstep and send a replacement or process a full refund — at no cost to you.
