Shipping Policy

We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days from the date of confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery within India is 7–10 working days after dispatch.
Delivery timelines may vary by location. Remote pin codes (North East India, Andaman & Nicobar, Lakshadweep) may take an additional 3–4 working days.
Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping thresholds or promotional offers, if applicable, will be displayed on the website.

Delivery Partners

Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, and Ekart.
Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

Address & Delivery Attempts

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.
Failed delivery attempts due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient may result in re-shipping charges.

Undelivered or Returned to Origin (RTO) Orders

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply.
Refunds are not applicable in such cases. Store credit may be issued after deducting shipping costs, or the order may be re-shipped upon payment of re-shipping charges.

International Shipping

We currently ship within India only. International shipping will be introduced at a later stage.
